Changes to SAP Business One Certifications in 2019
If you are an SAP Business One partner thinking about certification this year, be aware of the following changes coming soon:
- The release 9.2 Application Associate (C_TB1200_92) certification will be withdrawn at the end of June 2019. Validity for sell authorization becomes at risk starting July 2020.
- The Development Associate exam (C_TB1300_90) will be withdrawn at the end of June 2019. This certification is over 5 years old and SAP Business One training development is creating new, self-study training materials in this area. These materials will include the latest integration capabilities and APIs and will be published to the Learning Hub in June.
- The release 9.3 Application Associate C_TB1200_93 certification is the most current, valid certification for sell authorization.
These changes are in line with SAP’s overall strategy to protect the value of certifications. Certifications are replaced on a periodic basic to ensure that partner expertise is up-to-date with latest releases.
How will these changes affect you?
SAP strongly recommends that solution consultants get certified on the release 9.3 C_TB1200_93 exam. This exam is offered in German, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, and Korean. In addition, study materials for this exam can be accessed from the Learning Hub.
If you are planning to take the exam on Pearson Vue, you must purchase your voucher by end of April 2019, and you will be able to take the exam on Pearson Vue through the end of 2019. Later this year you will be able to access the 9.3 exam on SAP’s Certification Hub, allowing you to take the exam from the convenience of your own laptop.

When SBO version 10 certification is going to start...
The certification will be published during June.
I am certified in version 9.3
You say in this post that this certification will remain valid for version 10.
Do I need to do any process to update my badge (https://www.youracclaim.com/badges/894ce354-6ba1-4390-826d-1e4a67cf3b15/public_url) to version 10?
I about to pass my C_TB1300 development certification and I don't see this exam available on the global certification hub to book.
So I would like to know the status of this certification. Is it still available ? If yes, how can I take this exam ?
Thank you !
The C_TB1300 test is not available any more.
