In this blog, I would like to explain you how you can contribute your own ideas and influence our product SAP Customer Checkout via using SAP’s tool Customer Influence.
I am delighted to announce that starting on February 01, 2019, SAP Customer Checkout has its own Continuous Customer Influence Session.
Customers and partners are invited to discover and create new ideas (so-called Improvements Requests) to help us improving our product. Our SAP Customer Checkout team reviews your Improvement Requests and provides feedback on a regular basis.
How does it work?
- To participate, logon with your S-user and activate Single-Sign-On for easy access (click here for further Information)
- Once you have your S-user, get started and read our blog
- Submit and vote on other improvement requests by using the Customer Influence site
Logon now to Customer Influence, and start contribution your ideas.
