Three steps to provide feedback to SAP Activate methodology
I’m pleased to announce a new way that SAP Activate users can use to provide feedback on the methodology guidance, accelerators or general usage feedback directly from within the Roadmap Viewer application. The objective of this short post is to outline how to best do it.
As of earlier today, the Roadmap Viewer application displays a new icon on the top of the screen that allows user to provide quick feedback to the content they are seeing on the screen. Anybody can use this feature as a means to share their feedback with the team building the methodology content as well as to provide feedback on the application capabilities.
Provide your feedback in 3 easy steps.
Step 1 – Directly from the screen on which you want to provide feedback, click on the feedback icon in top right corner as shown below
Step 2 – Capture your feedback in easy to use form
The form allows you to capture quick feedback using the predefined smiley icons, and provide more details in the text field. Please use the text field in cases when you want to request specific addition or changes to the methodology guidance or accelerators. It helps our team evaluate your feedback and formulate clear requirement for the content developers.
Step 3 – Send the feedback to the tool using the ‘Send’ button at the bottom of the form
Please remember to click the ‘Send’ button before you navigate away from the page or close the window. It will ensure the feedback is submitted to the application where our experts can review it.
What happens with my feedback?
SAP Activate team will review it and take appropriate action as part of our ongoing improvement process for the SAP Activate methodology content. For feedback that concerns accessibility of specific content elements, like broken links, we will work on the resolutions with higher priority to address the issue. For items that request additional content or changes to existing content, the feedback will serve as an input to our on-going content improvement planning cycle and you will likely see the results in subsequent releases of the content in SAP Roadmap Viewer.
Please note that we will be unable to follow-up with every individual submitting the feedback thought this function, but your feedback is not lost.
In cases where you have high priority support issue, please do not use the feedback function and instead raise a support incident through SAP Support Portal. You can report the incident regarding SAP Roadmap Viewer under component “SV-SCS-RMV”.
If you have feedback that you want to discuss with the team in more detail, please use the Forum function in the SAP Activate JAM that is open for all SAP customers, partners and prospects. You can request invite to the SAP Activate JAM in this form.
We are all looking forward to the feedback you will provide us. Let the ideas flow freely.
Thanks Jan!
