Customers and partner in Germany are probably aware of this: in roughly one month, from February 12th till 13th DSAG will host the German Speaking SAP Community will host its Technology-Days (“Technologietage”) in Bonn.
Like in the previous years thousands of customer and partners will come to network and learn the latest and greats from SAP.
After some very intense months working with SAP, Microsoft will also have a pretty strong presence at the Technologietage. We will have several sessions talking about our own experience to migrate all of our > 600 servers for our SAP landscape from on-prem to Azure (V129: Microsoft runs SAP on Azure), the SAP ABAP SDK for Azure which was developed internally at Microsoft IT (V061: SAP ABAP SDK für Azure) and which is available also on GitHub, to integration topics like embedding SAP data in Office and bringing Microsoft data via the MS Graph to SAP Fiori (V070: SAP Fiori und Microsoft Office).
In addition to that we will also have a hands-on session (similar to our first Hackathon in Munich) about the SAP ABAP SDK for Azure. So if you want to follow this years motto of DSAG “do IT yourself”, then make sure to sign up. You will be able to use the SAP Cloud Appliance Library, the abapGit tool and also learn something about Azure and LogicApps, make sure to sign-up.
I hope that I will meet a lot of you and have lots of good discussions!
See you in Bonn!
