Welcome to 2019! We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season with friends, family and colleagues with time to celebrate, enjoy and reflect. Our S/4HANA Cloud Community team is focused on your success. Our goal in 2018 was to deliver a Community Platform and experience that would open new channels of dialogue for our S/4HANA Cloud customers bringing you closer to your peers and SAP experts to share knowledge, experiences and best practices. We are thankful for your participation and excitement around the Community and helping to make it a valuable place for engagement and answers leading you toward success.
The S/4HANA Cloud Community continues to grow with over 2,400 members, extensive content and new functionality. Since August the SAP S.4HANA Cloud Community Forums have had 1,155 Questions that generated 1,442 Answers proving the Community is a valuable place for customers, partners and SAP experts to engage and get the information you need to be successful. I am going to introduce one new customer into the benefits they will get from active participation within the community.
This is great thanks Paul. One of the many great things about an active community is having multiple members from each customer engaged. With 24/7 access, crowdsourced answers and our new buddy Edmin the Bot there are many ways for users to get information and resources quickly leading to higher levels of satisfaction and success. The more team members from each customer and partner the better.
