It’s the same task every month – you need to record the transactions for electricity or telephone bills, refreshments expenses, etc. Each time you find that it takes longer than expected. You look at the transactions from the previous month, or search in your notes to make sure you use the right accounts. Well, next time it can be much faster! Define in SAP Business One the structure of these transactions using the Posting Templates:
Enter the accounts and define the ratio of the amounts using percentages. You can choose whether to apply tax when relevant. Next time, you just need to enter the actual amounts for the respective accounts and it’s done.
