Always knew that having more levels of accounts in the chart of accounts would serve your business better? Well, it’s done! You can set the account hierarchy in chart of accounts in up to 10 levels! The accounts in all levels can be used for postings and reflected in reports.
Additional enhancement in chart of accounts allows you to change the names of the drawers to better fit your business needs.
From SAP Business One Main Menu choose: Financials > Edit Chart of Accounts, click the drawer you want to rename and enter the new name.
The new name of the drawers would appear in the chart of accounts and in the respective reports.
Available since SAP Business One 9.2, version for SAP HANA and in SAP Business One 9.2
