Need Details? Don’t Click, View

It’s happening all the time, to all of us. When creating a document or when generating a report… we just need this additional piece of information, and we know how to get it! we can click the yellow arrow, drill down to the relevant record and find all we need. Now, there is another way, easier, faster, and … customizable!

Activate the Tooltip Preview functionality under Administration > System Initialization > Tooltip Preview, and select the relevant objects and parameters to be displayed as tooltip upon mouse hover.

The tooltip preview shows you only the data you need upon your selection, including user-defined fields. You remain focused in the active window without having to manage multiple forms on the screen, and can complete your tasks more efficiently!

Available since SAP Business One, 9.2 version for SAP HANA PL05 and SAP Business One 9.2 PL05.
