Everyone works with Excel files for large variety of purposes. One common usage is related to accounting and recording transactions. To increase productivity, SAP Business One enables you to import journal entries and opening balances from excel. The button “Import From Excel” is added to the Journal Entry and G/L Accounts Opening Balance enables you to import a single entry or opening balance for particular account:

The option “Journal Entry” is added to the “Import from Excel” window, allowing you to import multiple transactions at once from excel file. In addition, by selecting the checkbox “Display Database Field Name” , the property name from the database is displayed next to the selected columns:
