Hoje trazemos uma boa notícia: as SAP Notes referentes ao layout 2.5 do eSocial já começaram a ser liberadas! Conforme divulgamos no aplicativo Announcement of Legal Change há algumas semanas, nosso plano era liberar hoje o dicionário de dados, a extração, e os arquivos XML dos eventos produtivos para o setor privado (exceto a funcionalidade de alteração de CPF).
Para ter as mudanças no seu sistema, implemente as seguintes SAP Notes ou os Support Packages relevantes:
Lembramos que o layout 2.5 será utilizado no ambiente de testes a partir de 17 de dezembro de 2018, e no ambiente de produção a partir de 21 de janeiro de 2019.
Convivência de versões de layout no eSocial
Pouco depois do anúncio oficial do layout 2.5, o governo liberou a nota orientativa 2018.11, que trata da convivência de versões no ambiente nacional do eSocial. Geralmente, só uma versão do layout é aceita. Porém, em momentos de implantação de uma nova versão, os ambientes de testes e de produção podem aceitar a versão nova e a anterior durante um período específico.
Esta convivência de versões acontecerá em 2019: entre 21 de janeiro e 21 de abril, ambos os layouts 2.4.02 e 2.5 serão aceitos pelo ambiente nacional do eSocial. Essa informação está na documentação técnica para o desenvolvedor, no website do eSocial:
Se você vai planejar sua implementação da versão 2.5 considerando o período de convivência, tenha em mente que a SAP não dará suporte a cenários de volta do layout 2.5 ao 2.4.02. Portanto, depois que a sua empresa migrar para a versão 2.5, não volte para a versão 2.4.02!

Today we have good news: SAP Notes regarding the eSocial layout 2.5 have started to be released! As we have published in the Announcement of Legal Change app a few weeks ago, our plan was to release today the data dictionary, the extraction, and the XML files of productive events for the private sector (except for CPF change functionality).
To have the changes in your system, implement the following SAP Notes or the relevant Support Packages:
Remember that layout 2.5 is used in the test environment as of December 17, 2018, and in the production environment as of January 21, 2019.
Overlapping layout versions in eSocial
Shortly after the official publishing of layout 2.5, the government has released orientation note 2018.11 (content in Portuguese), which is about overlapping versions in the eSocial national environment. Normally, only one layout version is accepted. However, when a new version is implemented, the test and production environments can accept both the new and previous version during a specific time period.
This overlapping of versions will happen in 2019: between January 21 and April 21, both layouts 2.4.02 and 2.5 will be accepted by the eSocial national environment. This information is in the technical documentation for developers, in the eSocial website (content in Portuguese).
If you are going to plan your implementation of version 2.5 by taking into account the version overlapping period, keep in mind that SAP will not support scenarios of going back from layout 2.5 to layout 2.4.02. Therefore, once your company has migrated to version 2.5, do not go back to version 2.4.02.
