In Q4, we at SAP SuccessFactors are releasing a series of functionalities that will improve your candidate relationship management (CRM) programs as well as improve the candidate experience. We have dedicated a significant amount of innovation over the last two years on improving not only the candidate experience but how recruiters engage with those candidates. This is one of our driving forces as we continue forward as well.
In this final quarter of 2018 we released automated talent pools. This means when you provide criteria to be assigned to talent pools (candidate attributes, etc.) the talent pools will constantly review all your candidates and auto-assign them to appropriate talent pools based on the criteria. This means recruiters know they are always dealing with accurate lists of candidates and they never get stale. This also frees up recruiters to focus on engagement strategies and outreach, the heart of what CRM is really about.
Additionally, we are improving the candidate experience by completely revamping how correspondence between recruiter and candidate is branded. Leveraging the Career Site Builder Framework, recruiters can now simply apply appropriate branding to these communications as well as manage multiple brand templates, ensuring you employer brand is consistently represented and adding yet another level of polish and professionalism.
We also changed how job search results are returned, giving much greater flexibility to customers that want to include additional information in job search results to help candidates navigate to the right job. An added benefit of this is that it drastically improves accessibility for screen readers and the visually impaired.
