Hey there!

To check the latest Support Packages released by SAP for HCM Colombia, access https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/softwarecenter and search for one of the following key-words:

  • SAPHRCCO, if your release is 608 or higher
  • HRCEECCO, if your release is lower than 608

 

Sometimes you also need to know the Support Package level of your system – for example when opening a customer incident.

Checking the latest Support Package installed in your system for a specific component is easy!

All you have to do is:

  1. In your SAP system, select System, from the top menu
  2. Select Status
  3. Choose the Details pushbutton

Then you can navigate to the SAP component applicable for your country.

Simple, right?
