How to unterstand the CPI Landscape Check of the Interface Catalog

Comparing the integration content across SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) tenants is a manual activity so far which can be automated. Here’s an explanation how the comparison check works:

  1. Integration Artifacts (e.g. integration flows) are checked in 2 or 3 tenants (e.g. from the development tenant).
  2. The existence of the artifact is checked in all tenants
    • green: the artifact exists on all configured tenants
    • yellow: the artifact exists on at least two tenants
    • grey: the artifact exists only locally on one tenant
  3. The version of the artifact is checked in all tenants
    • green: the version is equal on all configured tenants
    • yellow: the version is different on at least one tenant
  4. The deployment status of the artifact is checked in all tenants
    • green: started on all tenants
    • orange: not started on at least one tenant
