Happy to announce that the latest revision for SAP HANA, express edition is available for download. In fact, it's been available since Teched Barcelona - this blog got stuck in my drafts for a while.
Something worth taking a look at in this revision, is the new Python Client API for machine learning - ashok_swaminathan has a nice writeup on the functionality here.
With this API, SAP HANA, express edition now supports a set of client-side Python functions which can be used for developing machine learning models. This makes it easy for Python users to use SAP HANA, express edition for machine learning purposes.
