Overview Of Flexible Offline Pricing in SAP Cloud for Customer
Flexible offline pricing is designed to offer latest pricing information in offline. Be it Field Sales Execution or Service Agents on the ground, they require the latest pricing information in offline for their interaction with customers.
SAP Cloud for Customer Offline pricing engine uses the SAP ERP Pricing Engine as a basis to offer pricing in offline . You must configure integration with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA to be able to configure pricing procedures, condition types and access sequence for offline pricing. Note that the scope of offline pricing in SAP Cloud for Customer may differ from that supported by the SAP ERP Pricing engine.

Hi Swarna, I have a doubt. In RCOD_CONDITIONS_EXTRACT I can filter by pricing table and not by condition type and access sequence. How can I select the right pricing conditions? As you know a pricing table can be used in a lot of access sequences.
In this way I have many web messages in error because they are not related to my pricing schema.

Since the pricing details are available offline within C4C, can we read same data during online scenario to handle customer specific requirement through PDI/SDK ? Or those pricing details will be available only through Offline mode ? This is very key information and how requirement can be handled on our side without double maintaining pricing within C4C.
