Did you know you can receive email notifications of SAP Notes and KBAs?

You can – by using the My SAP Notes and KBAs application in One Support Launchpad.

Here is a how-to video on how to get notified when an SAP Note or KBA that might be relevant for you is released or changed: ?

If you receive too many notifications, you can simply add more criteria to your saved search query.

To do so, select the variant. The filter bar shows this variant’s selection criteria. Go to Filters and adjust the selection criteria, then choose Save to overwrite the previous filter settings with the new ones.

To change the name, the behavior, or if you want to delete a variant, click the variant selector icon and then the Manage button. The Manage Variants dialog will be displayed. Here you can select the variant that is set as Default, enable or disable notifications or delete a variant by choosing the Delete icon next to it.
