Users can perform their jobs more efficient if the List of… windows are customized according to the way they work. When users see only the fields that they use and can sort and display these fields based on their needs, they can quickly find the information they are looking for.
Superusers, and users with Full Authorizations, can customize List of… windows. These changes then take effect for all users who work with that company (that is, all users who are logged onto that database).
In sometimes while working with the lists in SAP Business One, the data presents in un-useful manner, all business partners groups mixed up, we need these data to be presented in organized manner, for example according to the Business Partners Groups,

Open any document in SAP Business One that lets you choose a business partner from list; JE, A/P Invoice, A/R Invoice, Quotations, Orders, …
We’ll open a JE > in the G/L Acct/BP Code field press Ctrl + Tab to open the business partners list, you can see the business partners being presented without grouping them,
To gather the Business Partners in groups, from the upper-toolbar > Press on Form Settings button
A new window will open List of – Settings > add new row > search for Group Code >
Check out the checkbox of Group, Visible, and Display Descr. > Press on Update button,
Now we can see the business partners being gathered in Groups as we wished!
