this is a great blog showing how not only technology evolves but also we need to evolve the ways in how we prepare to embrace the rapid changes in technology. Just yesterday I was talking to a colleague about how training most of the times is older... yes we can see the basis of what needs to be done, however, it would be better to have up to date training on rapid changing technologies such as web, mobile, big data, etc... and even training and compliance within companies such as ethics training, and other HR mandatory programs most employees have to take year after year.
I like the direction in how this is going -- thank you again for your contributions
