SuccessConnect Las Vegas – how can you make sure your learning program gets results?

At SuccessConnect Las Vegas, attendees will get to hear from eleven global organizations who have completely transformed their Learning strategy. You will hear about how leading healthcare organizations are managing large-scale training initiatives at a panel with Penn Medicine, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and Houston Methodist Hospital.  Houston Independent School District and Community Health Network will share how they are onboarding and orienting new employees with their learning solution. Blount International and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia will share tips and tricks to leveraging learning to improve your training initiatives, including utilizing the Open Content Network. Don’t miss Applied Industrial Technologies, who have augmented SAP SuccessFactors Learning with Watershed’s LRS and will show you how to visualize your HCM modules with customized dashboards. And make sure you attend the lively panel with Konica Minolta, TerumoBCT, Houston ISD, and Allstate where they will discuss ideas for adopting and promoting learning at your organization.

In addition to the above customers, we have a series of internal sessions for you as well.  There is always a lot of interest and curiosity around what is planned for future releases of SAP SuccessFactors Learningso be sure to arrive early for a seat at the roadmap session – and this year it will be presented twice on Thursday!

You will notice some new learning session types this year at SuccessConnect – based on what you have told us you would like to see! While our Solution Adoption roundtables continue to fill up quickly, we have an all new session type called Master Class, which is a deep dive into Learning Reporting.  And our 15-minute Snapshots are quick and concise ways to impart information and tips to you on topics including integrations from Learning to the HCM suite, how to add some oomph to your user experience, and the flipped learning model.  Finally, make sure to swing by the Learning Meet-Up where you can join your peers who are using or investigating SAP SuccessFactors solutions for casual networking and conversation.  It’s truly an opportunity to make connections based on your common challenges, interests, and goals in a relaxed environment.  There will also be SAP SuccessFactors solution experts in attendance to answer your most burning questions.

Join this session to find out what’s included in the SAP SuccessFactors Learning solution and how it helps improve compliance efforts, talent development, and engagement with external audiences. Hear about the newest social learning capabilities that complement the formal ones, and see recent innovations in action. Catch up on “what you may have missed,” and find out how small changes can have a big impact. Whether you are considering SAP SuccessFactors Learning or are a long-time customer, you won’t leave this session without learning something new.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Road Map and Direction – September 12; 9:00-9:45 and 1:45-2:30

Are you curious about what’s on the horizon for the SAP SuccessFactors Learning solution? Join this session to get an update and learn all about upcoming key capabilities. We continue to expand our lead in the traditional market with regard to assessments, mobile enhancements, and content delivery. We are also working hard to enable next-generation, employee-driven learning, including learner content creation, new sources of content, richer learning delivery methods, a redesigned user experience, and personalized content. If you are a current SAP SuccessFactors Learning solution customer or just interested in seeing the future today, then this session is for you.

Turn Your Learning Challenges into Opportunities: Best Practices for Managing Training Initiatives September 12; 1:45-2:30

Many industries have to manage large-scale training initiatives and administer ongoing training with ever-changing regulations. Nowhere is this more true than in the healthcare industry. Join a panel including Penn Medicine, Houston Methodist Hospital, and Children Healthcare of Atlanta to learn how they are turning challenges into opportunities. Penn Medicine will share the best practices it has established for enrollment tracking, classroom management, tracking attendance, compliance, and more. Houston Methodist Hospital will weigh in on how it is electronically recording skill validations for nursing staff. Alongside CHOP, Blount International faced the challenge to engage a diverse workforce with limited resources head-on. Blount will teach you how a small L&D team can blend traditional and social learning to create successful and engaging training programs for a wide variety of learners.

Implement a Powerful Learning Ecosystem That Includes SAP Jam and Watershed’s LRS September 13; 1:45-2:30

Join Applied Industrial Technologies to hear how they are augmenting the SAP SuccessFactors Learning solution with SAP Jam and Watershed’s Learning Record Store (LRS). After relying on ad hoc usage reporting for some time, Applied Industrial Technologies decided to seek a new way to connect data points from various systems to do correlations and complex functional/equational measures. By pulling in data from Watershed, the company is able to visualize all modules together and track their KPIs. If you haven’t seen Watershed in action and want to visualize all modules together in Watershed with customized dashboards with the metrics that matter to you, you can’t miss this.

Sharing Ideas for Adopting and Promoting Learning at Your Organization September 12; 4:15-5:00
