Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Resources (HR) are key to running any business. That’s why SAP’s customers are increasingly interested in adopting the cloud solutions from SAP SuccessFactors. While the cloud provides access to functionality for easy consumption, customers often want to keep dedicated systems on-premise. Even in situations where customer’s HR systems are in the cloud, there is still integrations required with on-premise and third-party systems e.g. for payroll, time and attendance recording. SAP supports hybrid deployments, a combination of on-premise and cloud, to get the best of both worlds. However, this opens up questions on implementation best practices and integration options.
Therefore, through the SAP SuccessFactors Value Map and SAP Learning Hub we are excited to offer an updated series of webinars (first delivered in July 2015) to help customers learn how to implement the different integration options to migrate data to/from SAP ERP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors. The sessions provide information on the different cloud deployment models and integration platforms, both at an overview and high level, to allow for planning and executing easier and simpler process integration and consistency in data migration, extraction, loading and transformation. The sessions discuss how to choose the correct integration platform for particular scenarios, the issues customers must consider before implementing the integration and provide a technical deep dive for different deployment models and integration platforms.
In addition, we have added an extra webinar “Data Migration -ERP HCM to SuccessFactors through Infoporter” to provide an overview over how to migrate HR data from an on-premise SAP ERP HCM system to a newly set-up Employee Central instance using the Infoporter tool.
