Candidate Relationship Management (CRM): Time to take action on candidates
In the second phase of our CRM release as part of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, we have released a number of features around email campaigns. With last quarter focusing on CRM setup, talent pools, data management and overall process, our release in Q3 is centered around taking action on all that hard work put in last quarter. Here are some of the major highlights.
Build and send email campaigns
Customers can use a pre-built template or configure their own template. This means you can create branded emails easily and send to one or many talent pools, individual recipients, or a combination of those. Also, email templates can leverage responsive design giving your candidate a true, end-to-end responsive experience.
Email campaign analytics
What good is sending if you cannot look at the fruits of your labor. After sending emails you will be provided with campaign statistics including recipients (delivered), undelivered, views, clicks, and unsubscribes. In addition, your campaign analytics will show you critical campaign details, and audit log and preview of the email that was delivered. This is your one-stop shop for email happenings.
Ad Hoc Reporting
One of the other major enhancements is adding CRM reports to ad hoc reporting. There are two major classifications: Talent Pools and Email Campaigns. This means you can run reports to look at all your talent pools, a specific set of talent pool members, and sharing status; or, you can look across email campaigns to gauge what has been sent, specific recipient list, or campaign activity.
