We’ve all been there–working through a process only to reach the next step and be baffled by a field or command; confused about what information to enter, if any; puzzled to see that even though a field isn’t asterisked to indicate that it’s mandatory, the app sure isĀ behaving like that field is mandatory… What gives?


We’ve noticed that our teams have received a number of inquiries about their apps and processes that have already been answered in the various in-app help options, so we decided to try to get out ahead of future inquires by putting together a video showcasing these options and how to access them:
