This blog describes how to move quota resources from one region to another when you have a global account with at least one subaccount.
You will need to make sure that you have a subaccount in the requested region, and that the SAP User ID is the administrator of both the global account and the subaccounts.
If you don’t have a subaccount in the required region, you will need to create a new subaccount in it. For more information, see Create Subaccounts Using the Cockpit.
To move quota between subaccounts, do the following:
You will be able to see the old subaccount and the one to which you want to entitle a quota.

To move quota between subaccounts, do the following:
- Log on to the cockpit.
- Select the global account.
You will be able to see the old subaccount and the one to which you want to entitle a quota.
- Select the Entitlements tab.
- Click the Edit button.
- Reduce the quota of the old subaccount.
- Save it.
- Click the Edit button once again.
- Select the new subaccount and increase the quota.
- Save it.
