The Association of Support Professionals (ASP) recognized the redesigned SAP Support Portal with the prestigious Top Ten Support Websites Award for 2018.  The international association – comprised of customer support managers, executives and professionals –  also honored the SAP ONE Support Launchpad for excellence in SAP’s submission.

While ASP does not assign individual rankings for the support award, SAP is proud to be one of only five organizations to earn the distinction for large companies with revenues of more than $1 billion.

“Winning this cross-industry award is a great proof point for our continuous efforts towards driving customer success by providing exceptional end-to-end support to delight customers,  always,” said Andreas Heckmann, senior vice president, SAP, Digital Business Services.

The ASP competition evaluated five areas:

  • Overall usability, design, and navigation
  • Knowledge base and search implementation
  • Interactive features
  • Community engagement
  • Site development strategy

In addition to the SAP Support Portal and the SAP ONE Support Launchpad, SAP’s ASP submission also featured SAP Knowledge Base Articles, Guided Answers, Incident Dashboard, SAP EarlyWatch Alert Report, Support by Product pages, Expert Chat, Schedule an Expert and community engagement.
