Update to the Solution Editions of SAP Learning Hub
From today on, the solution editions of SAP Learning Hub include two exam bookings for Certification Hub in your subscription.
The certification in the cloud program is designed to keep professionals up to date with the latest SAP software developments and to create a source of reliable experts who are certified in SAP solutions. The solution editions of SAP Learning Hub now include access to Certification Hub, where you are eligible to take any of the available exams. Exams are available 24x7, and you can schedule up to two certification exams within the subscription period.
With this inclusion, the solution editions of SAP Learning Hub offer you the most comprehensive learning offerings to get proficient with a specific SAP solution. It provides access to solution-specific enablement content, social and collaborative SAP Learning Rooms, 10 hours of hands-on experience with live training systems through the
SAP Live Access portal, and two exam bookings for Certification Hub, all so you can prepare and demonstrate your expertise with an SAP solution.

Redesigned Home Space for SAP Learning Hub
In July, a new design experience will be rolled out to the home space of SAP Learning Hub.
The new, simplified design features dynamic tiles for accessing the key components of SAP Learning Hub: Learning Journeys, SAP Learning Rooms, Learning Content, Missions and Badges, and SAP Live Access. Additional tiles allow you to get assistance and support with only one click, or to download the complete content catalog.
New Learner Profile Page
Learners using the
home page for SAP Learning Hub can now find their account data consolidated into one location. After login, click on the silhouette icon at the top right corner of the page and select “Manage Profile.” The page includes your basic account information, information on your edition subscriptions to SAP Learning Hub, your recent learning activities, and an overview of your reputation achievements.
Keep an eye out for further enhancements to the home page as we continue to strive for more personalization, streamlining, and general improvements to your learning experience.
New E-Books in the Bookboon Library
Each month, new e-books are added to our Bookboon library on SAP Learning Hub, empowering you with the latest knowledge to broaden your skills.
Here is a highlight of e-books that have been added in June:
Go to your “Learning Content” area and click on “Bookboon Catalog” to take a look at the e-book offerings and seize the opportunity to read more on topics that interest you.

Virtual Sales Bootcamp for SAP Partners

Subscribers to the SAP PartnerEdge edition of SAP Learning Hub can register and take part in a virtual bootcamp for SAP SuccessFactors solutions partner-sales starting July 9. This sales enablement program is designed to equip partners with new and existing partner-sales resources on how to sell SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Improving “Ed the Bot”
We are continuously improving our SAP Learning Room bot and digital moderator of SAP Learning Rooms, “Ed the Bot.”
With our latest enhancements, Ed the Bot now has improved intent matching and responses with advanced machine learning technologies, as well as more complex bot skills, multi language support, a graphical user interface for easy authoring, and can feature advanced bot analytics.
The digital moderator is active in the Welcome Room with more than 20,000 members on SAP Learning Hub. Since 2018, Ed has answered more than 200 questions with good user-reported acceptance and low error rates. With our latest developments, we use even more advanced AI technologies to further optimize Ed the Bot.
New Demo Tab in the SAP Learning Rooms for SAP PartnerEdge

Partners can now take advantage of new demo information in the SAP Learning Rooms for SAP PartnerEdge. They can find resources to help them with demo and licensing options for their business, including how to request and use demo trials and tenants. The new demo tab is already available in the SAP Learning Rooms for SAP SuccessFactors solutions, the SAP Business ByDesign solution, SAP Customer Experience, and SAP Ariba solutions. We are currently working to have it across all online rooms to support our partners.
