[January 2020 Update: WhatsApp Channels have been discontinued for SAP Product Support]

 

Subscribe to WhatsApp SAP Product Support channels and receive updates including KBAs, wiki’s, guided answers, SAP Notes and “hot tips” on only the products that apply to your needs. From your mobile device, scan the QR code or click on the channel link of your choice, save channel to your contacts and send the word, “Start” to activate messages. Unsubscribe at any time by sending the word, “Stop”.

      Our WhatsApp channels will be discontinued as of January 1, 2020.

      Here is the communication that subscribers should have received, but just in case (and to avoid any who may be attempting to join in the future), I wanted to share here as well:

      Dear Subscribers,

      We are notifying you that SAP’s Product Support channels on WhatsApp will be discontinued as of January 1.
      Regrettably, WhatsApp Business has made mandatory changes that no longer support these newsletter broadcast channels.
