For the machine learning part it provides some services with pretrained models, and user could also train their own models to fit their use cases.

In this example we have a telecommunication provider called "TeleUniverse", it provides subscribable telecommunication services to its customers. And now they want to use the historical data to predict if a customer will renew or unsubscribe their service in the future. And one of its customer is called "Ole Mauer", who started using TeleUniverse's service from Jan 2017. Following are his historical usage data.
In diesem Beispiel gibt es ein Telekommunikationsanbieter nannt "TeleUnivers". Er bietet seinen Kunden abonnierbare Telekommunikationsdienste an. Und jetzt er möchte mit historische Daten vorhersagen, ob seine Kunde in der Zukunft die Dineste erneuern order abmelden. From the data we could see from about Jun 2017 Ole started to use more and more 4G data flow services and by using some instant message applications Ole send less and less SMS and MMS. But his usage of phone call is quite stable.

Now we could add a section called "Magical Prediction" in our Revenue Cloud Customer App. And it sends Ole's historical usage data (Jan 2017 to Jun 2018) to the Leonardo Time Series Forecast API to predict Ole's possible usage data in the next half year.
