We have some exciting news to share! SAP SuccessFactors is continuing our Upgrade2Success global roadshow to teach you how to successfully transition from SAP ERP HCM on-prem to the Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors. The Upgrade2Success Summit Series builds on a very effective 25-event series that was delivered in 2017. For 2018, we have optimized the agenda and content based on the results of detailed surveys of our on-prem and hybrid customer base. This year we have over 30 events planned, including SAPPHIRE, both SuccessConnects, large enterprise-focused roadshows, as well as a series focused on the small and medium enterprise segment.

Upgrade2Success is a program that helps customers with on-premise SAP ERP Human Capital Management solutions to transition and expand into the Cloud. The program is designed as an opportunity for SAP and its strong partner ecosystem. SAP offers customers deployment options for their unique HR needs. To get a glimpse of what you can expect from the Upgrade2Success roadshows, we spoke with Steve Schnoll, Global Vice-President of Strategy at SAP SuccessFactors:

  1. Can you give us the strategic overview of Upgrade2Success?

Upgrade2Success is a strategic program, six years in the making, since SAP SuccessFactors became part of the SAP family. During that time, we’ve worked with customers to develop products, tools and services designed to make the transition from on-prem SAP ERP HCM to the SAP SuccessFactors cloud easier and more predictable – with reduced time and effort, at lower cost, and with lower risk.

  1. What can customers expect from the Upgrade2Success roadshows and why should they attend?

Each Upgrade2Success roadshow features a full-day immersion experience specifically designed for customers with SAP ERP HCM solutions – including a live reference customer case study from a company that has already made the transition, so that you can learn not just from SAP, but also from fellow practitioners about their lessons learned. We cover important topics like integration and migration strategies, building a winning business case, and providing insight into what every on-prem HCM customer needs to know about SAP SuccessFactors.

  1. What is the one piece of information you want each customer to leave with after the roadshow?

We expect customers to leave each Upgrade2Success roadshow equipped to go back to their organizations with confidence to recommend the path forward to the cloud with SAP SuccessFactors, including clear next steps to develop and advance their organization’s transition plans.

  1. What is the Upgrade2Success partner call to action?

The Upgrade2Success call to action for partners is to keep themselves relevant by embracing the SAP SuccessFactors cloud before they find themselves disrupted by competitors. There is no longer a question about whether the cloud is ready or if SuccessFactors is ready – increasingly the question is whether the partner is ready to embrace new opportunities and revenue streams.
