SAP Labs Latin America traveled north to host a CodeJam
On May 23rd SAP Labs Latin America went north to host the CodeJam in UFG (Federal University of Goias). The goal was to position the Labs as an employer of choice in another region and strengthen relationships with the university and its students.
Our colleagues Thais Mombach and Sofia Rieth represented the Labs at UFG. They coordinated the event presenting SAP and its technologies and conducting a programming competition through HackerRank for around 46 students.
With CodeJAM UFG, our team is expanding SAP Labs Latin America as an employer of choice by engaging young talents from other regions. This action is aligned with the Talent Win Plan strategy, which aims at constantly mapping talents for SAP, anticipating hiring demands.
