20 walls 20 stories! Labs Latin America was featured in SAP’s new Diversity & Inclusion Project

Here at SAP Labs Latin America, Diversity & Inclusion was always one of our companies’ values. And we take a lot of pride in our D&I culture and the achievements we made in the area.

Since most of our D&I stories are only internal, the D&I team felt the need for them to transcend our walls. They had to be shared with the outside world to inspire other people. That’s why the D&I team decided to bring the stories the street walls, where real life happens.

We gathered 20 stories from colleagues throughout Latin America and Caribbean region (LAC) and each one of them will be represented in 20 walls across the continent in graffities performed by the artist Sebastian Cener.

“SAP is a company where people from different nationalities, gender, ethnicities, culture, sexual orientation, gender identity and several other characteristics work together, and each one of them have a story to share” said Niarchos Pombo, D&I lead in LAC.

Six stories from our Labs were selected for the project, Henrique Santos, Giovani Ragazzon, Diogo Almeida, Filipe Roloff, Roberta Martins and Jucieli Baschirotto will have their cases represented in LAC’s walls.

The Diversity in the Streets project started in March, and we already have two walls here in São Leopoldo finished, at Av. Unisinos, 744, and Av. João Corrêa 850. The initiative will last until August 25th and you can follow its progress in this Instagram page.
