AIF implementation for PI proxies – Part 2(Inbound)
A new AIF structure has to be created similar to the proxy structure that was generated while generating the proxy class.
The structure ZDT_REPAIR_SALES_AND_SERVICE_2 shall be used in the customizings coming in part 3 .
The composition of the structure is as described below
ZDT_REPAIR_SALES_AND_SERVICE_2
Fig 1.
Table type ZDT_REPAIR_SALES_AND_SERVI_TAB for component RECORDS in Fig 1
Fig 2.
Main record structure of the incoming inbound with case a header and case lines as the line items for a single case
ZDT_REPAIR_SALES_AND_SERVICE_O – Structure for a single CASE .

Once the AIF structures are created. Let us verify once our proxy structure as well in the below screen shots for better understanding

Hello Kangkana,
Thanks for the blog. I'm facing an issue while creating a structure(as shown in Fig. 1) 'User type Z<xxxxxxxxx> is generated proxy type, therefore not usable' Message no. DT185. Did system allowed you to use the Table type(Records) generated by Proxy in the structure ZDT_REPAIR_SALES_AND_SERVICE_2?
Internal Destination structure in Inbound proxy should be defined in the SAP environment
and not generated from Proxy.
Hello Kangkana,
Is structure mapping is mandatory step in AIF customization, if so, then My scenario is Proxy to RFC so what would be the target structure i should consider.
Kindly suggest me about structure mapping which can help me a lot.
Regards,
Ramana.
