Take your Fiori Launchpad tiles mobile with S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Mobile Cards

Would you like to mobilize your favorite items from your S/4HANA Cloud Fiori launchpad?

With the 1805 release of S/4HANA Cloud we’ve made this simple with SAP Mobile Cards. Users can now click the ME icon from their Fiori launchpad to instantly create mobile cards. Once added to the SAP Mobile Cards app, these cards are instant, always available (offline too), and automatically kept up to date. Mobile Cards supports Apple Watch too!

Want to try it out? It’s easy:

  • Create a ticket with the steps below to enable the SAP Mobile Cards feature.
  • Scan the QR codes available within your ME area named SAP Mobile Cards Info. Scan the QR code on the left with your iPhone camera to download the app. Scan the QR code on the right to auto configure your app.
  • You are done!
  • Check out the Best Practices Explorer for more info and test/demo scenarios.

First, here are the simple steps an S/4HANA Cloud customer can take to activate this functionality with SAP Mobile Cards:

Step 1 – Using the SAP Support Launchpad, create a ticket for the component XX-S4C-OPR-SRV

Step 2 – Use the following in your ticket description:  Activate and configure the SAP Mobile Cards scope item

Step 3 – Use the template text below in your ticket. Please supply the hostname of your SAP S/4HANA Cloud System. For example: myXXXXXX.s4hana.com
