Realizing the Intelligent Enterprise
in SAP S/4HANA Cloud is mainly achieved by leveraging modern technologies, which are not entirely new, but which have come to maturity within the last couple of months.

With intelligent robotic process automation (iRPA), SAP provided a technology that allows to embedded automation in end-to-end business process in a scalable way. iRP content to speed up your implementation is shipped on a regular basis as depicted in the Best Practice Explorer.

Making use of machine learning, for example with SAP Leonardo, we can make sure that our customers can reduce mundane tasks and thereby increase business agility.

Process automation can be achieved as well via “Situations“. Situation handling is a concept for bringing urgent issues to the user’s attention. “Situations” indicate exceptional circumstances that are critical to a business process.The solution proposals can be either predefined or learned, based on similar cases in the past.

Predictive analytics helps users to focus more on outcomes than on the past. Better forecasting techniques can drastically reduce manual efforts and help businesses to scale.

Last but not least, with our digital assistant, the SAP CoPilot, we are enabling the conversational UI for enterprises, supporting the interaction not only between users, but also between users and the ERP.
