Teva’s LMS Journey – Shaping a Validated LMS into a Learning Experience Playground– 19 June 11:30
Teva Pharmaceutical Industries improves people’s health through high-quality products, integrated R&D, generic medicines, and global businesses. Two factors shape the design of Teva’s learning playground. Teva operates in a highly regulated environment in 60+ countries. This, along with the role that L&D orgs play today in driving effective learning culture, inspired them to implement SAP SuccessFactors Learning. The goal was to transform the learning experience of over 50k employees, in 27 languages, by offering continuous learning opportunities. Employees can easily find all learning opportunities and resources from one centralized location, encouraging their development and engagement. Teva will share how the integration and interface design unlock the potential of employee-driven learning, personalized and accessible anytime/anywhere. Creating a Lifelong Learning Culture with Vodafone University– 20 June 10:15
Vodafone is transforming the corporate learning experience to enable a lifelong learning culture. Our five principles are: 1) Focus on user needs, not assumptions, 2) Create a binge-watch culture with learning paths, 3) Cater to employees with personalization, 4) Give reasons to come back often, and 5) Know what works with data. Vodafone University was launched for 117,000 employees – a new digital-first learning platform using Microsoft SharePoint and the SAP SuccessFactors Learning solution to move to user-centric learning. Since third parties and contractors are key partners in delighting customers with new and existing products and services, the five principles are the basis for this population’s upcoming transformation. When completed in 2018, this phase of the learning transformation at Vodafone will impact ~280,000 users (employees, contractors, and third parties) through greenfield implementations as well as decommissioning 12 learning management systems across 20 countries.
How to Enhance the Employee Experience with Learning and Onboarding Solutions– 19 June 13:45
MOL Group is a leading integrated Central and Eastern European oil and gas corporation headquartered in Budapest, Hungary. MOL Group kicked off one of the largest cloud projects in Central/Eastern Europe in December 2014 with nine modules for more than 2,000 employees. After the first cloud implementation, the company is moving forward and has initiated SAP SuccessFactors Learning and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solution implementations for 8,000 employees to improve the employee experience and support MOL Group’s digital transformation. By aligning the desired employee experience with the company strategic objectives, MOL Group is working to become the first choice of employees.
