At this year’s SAPPHIRE NOW, a new learning experience will be featured – the customer success showcase bar. As part of the overall SAP services and support experience at the event, 12 SAP customers representing various industries and SAP solutions will be available to answer questions about their deployment approaches, successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
This new area on the show floor gives attendees an interactive setting to gain valuable insights directly from their peers to explore the best strategies for deploying, adopting, and supporting SAP solutions successfully. Open to all attendees who want to engage with other SAP customers, each customer-to-customer discussion sessions will be available for two 40-minute sessions.
Here are a few examples of the customer showcase sessions that you may want to add to your personal agenda:
- Life & Mobility, an innovative Dutch manufacturer of wheelchairs and mobility scooters, will share how innovating with SAP Leonardo Analytics capabilities, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Digital Business Services is changing the lives of people who rely on wheelchairs.
- Jabil will be available to answer questions about their experience with the leading processes and practices of SAP Model Company services. You will hear how the U.S.-based product solutions company evaluated its current business processes and planned their digital transformation with SAP S/4HANA.
- Leading food retailer Sobeys will share how SAP Preferred Success is helping it realize the full potential of employees and drive results to the business with SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
