Sunsetting the Klout Score Feature for Twitter channel within Cloud for Service
In an announcement on May 10, Lithium announced that they are sunsetting the Klout Website and Klout Score on May 25th, 2018. You can find the details of the announcement in the following links.
For Cloud for Service, this means is that customers using Klout on their Twitter channels will no longer be able to see the Klout score in the customer profile. Cloud for Service uses the Klout APIs to display the score. Once the APIs are disabled the score will not be available. This is only relevant if you were using the Klout score feature.
The score field will stay on the screen until the end of Q3 2018. At that time we will remove this field from the Customer UI.

Dear Viswa,
One question, as I understand the klout score feature is also used for social media message priorization. How will klout going offline affect this feature?
Best,
Javier
