How to enable feedback in Continuous Performance Management?

Issue in the environment: Feedback capability is not shown in Continuous Performance Management.

Step 1: Enable Continuous feedback

Go to admin center as admin > Go to Continuous Performance Management > Turn on ‘Enable Continuous Feedback

Step 2: Grant access to ESS/ MSS in Role-based permission.

Go to Continuous Performance User Permission > check feedback capability as needed.

Note: re-login to see the effect in RBP if the permissions don’t show up.

Solution:

• Login as Manager/ Direct reports > Shows feedback ( request feedback and give feedback)

• Request feedback

• Give feedback
