HCM Brazil eSocial: government orientation note about events S-2299 and S-2399

Olá pessoal,

O governo liberou no site do eSocial uma nota orientativa sobre o envio dos eventos S-2299 Desligamento e S-2399 Trabalhador Sem Vínculo de Emprego/Estatutário – Término (veja a nota aqui).

Conforme publicamos anteriormente, o início dos eventos de folha estava estipulado para 01 de maio de 2018, mas o web service será disponibilizado em 08 de maio. Justamente devido a este intervalo, o governo publicou três diretivas que as empresas devem seguir no envio dos eventos S-2299 e S-2399. Vamos ver o que diz cada uma das diretivas:

• Os eventos S-2299 e S-2399 com efeitos remuneratórios, e com data de ocorrência entre 01 e 07 de maio de 2018, devem ser enviados, sem prejuízo do prazo legal, depois da disponibilização da versão 2.4.02 com as alterações promovidas pelas notas técnicas 01/2018 e 02/2018. Isso se deve ao fato de a reforma trabalhista ter unificado o prazo para pagamento das verbas rescisórias para 10 dias depois da extinção do contrato de trabalho.
• Os eventos S-2299 e S-2399 sem efeitos remuneratórios, e com data de ocorrência entre 01 e 07 de maio de 2018, podem ser enviados na versão 2.4.01, ou na versão 2.4.02 com as alterações promovidas pelas notas técnicas 01/2018 e 02/2018.
• Os eventos S-2299 e S-2399 com ou sem efeitos remuneratórios, e com data de ocorrência anterior a maio de 2018, podem ser enviados na versão 2.4.01, ou na versão 2.4.02 com as alterações promovidas pelas notas técnicas 01/2018 e 02/2018. Neste caso, os eventos não devem apresentar informações de remuneração.

Lembramos que você alterar a versão do layout do sistema na SPRO, na atividade de customizing Cálculo das folhas de pagamento -> Cálc.folha pagamento Brasil -> eSocial -> Configurações básicas -> Indicar versão do eSocial para geração dos eventos. Esta atividade é baseada na opção EFDLV da visão V_T5F99K2.

The Brazilian government has released an orientation note about the sending of events S-2299 and S-2399 in the eSocial website (see the note here – content in Portuguese).

As previously posted, the start of the payroll events was defined for May 1, 2018, but the Web service will be made available on May 08. Precisely due to this interval, the government published three policies that companies must follow for sending events S-2399 and S-2299. Let’s see what each of the policies say:

• Events S-2399 and S-2299 that have payment effect and that take place between May 01 and 07, 2018, must be sent, with no prejudice to the legal period, after the publishing of version 2.4.02 with the changes promoted by technical notes 01/2018 and 02/2018. This is because the labor reform has unified the deadline for severance pay for 10 days after the expiration of the labor contract.
• Events S-2299 and S-2399 that have payment effect and that take place between May 01 and 07, 2018, can be sent in version 2.4.01, or in version 2.4.02 with the changes promoted by technical notes 01/2018 and 02/2018.
• Events S-2299 and S-2399 that have payment effect or not, and that take place before May 2018, can be sent in version 2.4.01, or in version 2.4.02 with the changes promoted by technical notes 01/2018 and 02/2018. In this case, the events should not have payment information.

Remember that you can change the layout version in the system in transaction SPRO, in Customizing activity Payroll -> Payroll Brazil -> eSocial -> Basic Settings -> Specify eSocial version for event generation. This activity is based on view V_T5F99K2, option EFDLV.
