Problem while connecting to WASB

You have problems to connect to WASB within SAP Data Hub, trial edition. As a workaround, please ensure:

  • For SAP Vora Tools you must not maintain the endpoint suffix in the WASB connection.

Feel free to create two connections and use one in SAP Vora Tools and the other one for the Read File and Write File operators.

      Hi Thorsten,

Is it possible to connect this trial version with SCP HANA data base or On-Prem HANA Data base?

      Thank you and regards,

      Nelson

      Hi Nelson,

in principle yes. You need to ensure though that the network connectivity is working (in case of on-premise > opening firewalls etc). If you "just" want to try the interplay between Data Hub and HANA without having the need to connect a "specific" HANA, then the easiest is to spin up a HANA via CAL in the same GCP network. With that you should be done in something like an hour.

      Cheers

      Thorsten
