Have you ever thought of integrate your C4C with WeChat to provide a full mobile solution? Now it is possible.
I will present you some scenarios of C4C WeChat integration in this series. It will be great If you can get inspired from them and develop your own C4C WeChat integration.
Scenario 1 – For External Individual Customers
C4C can be used as the solution to manage and execute sales and service activities with individual customers. Include but not limited to make appointment with individual customers, provide field service to individual customers, etc.
In this scenario, WeChat users are the individual customers of the company who is using C4C. The company needs to register its WeChat Official Account to interact with its individual customers who use the WeChat mobile application.
WeChat users firstly follow the company’s WeChat Official Account. Then WeChat users can register their accounts by the service developed at the WeChat Official Account and trigger creating individual customer in C4C or matching the WeChat user to an existing individual customer in C4C.
With the linkage between WeChat user and C4C individual customer, creation/modification to the business objects in C4C can be posted to WeChat user. You can also develop other functions at your WeChat Official Account to provide your individual customers more services to interact with C4C like applying an appointment or creating a service request.
