I wanted to share this as a follow-up from the January ASUG volunteer meeting (see here)
Part of the task for 2018 is “reimagining communities”, and “cloud first”. To me, as an ASUG volunteer, this is also preparing for 2018 ASUG Annual Conference.
Following that, I asked Peter McNulty for help and also DJ Adams (now a Mentor Alumnus) to set up webcasts covering workflow. DJ has a list of blogs DJ Adams covering SAP Cloud Platform. As a result the following webcasts were set up, listed below:
|March 28 – Replay|
|April 3 – Replay||Workflow Solutions from SAP – When to Use What|
|April 4 – Replay|
|April 11 – Replay||BPM Services in the Cloud: Modeling, Workflows, Rules, and Visibility|
|Rescheduling – POST SAPPHIRENOW||Transition to SAP Cloud Platform Business Rules|
|May 23 (NEW DATE)||SAP Cloud Platform Business Rules in Cloud Foundry Environment|
Last week the great Jocelyn Dart started things with a preview of her session at 2018 ASUG Annual Conference. It was a 30 minute preview webcast which was highly rated. If you are attending ASUG Annual Conference in June, please add Make Your Workflow Bend Over Backwards in SAP S/4HANA to your agenda.
SAP offers multiple workflow engines, including SAP Business Workflow, SAP Process Orchestration, and SAP Cloud Platform Workflow. Learn about the key differentiators of each and when to use what.
Wednesday, DJ givens Introduction to SAP Cloud Platform Workflow – something he kindly agreed to do after I asked him and he posted his successful series of blog posts.
2018 ASUG Annual Conference Sessions
Don’t forget to add these 2018 ASUG Annual Conference Workflow sessions to your agenda today:
How do you digitally transform your enterprise businesses? How do you speed up your cloud adoption with SAP S/4HANA? And help you decide what is the best approach based on your requirements
In SAP S/4HANA, workflow is more flexible, more pervasive, and gives more control to the business expert than ever before. Find out how to make the most of flexible workflow, the My Inbox app for SAP Fiori, and SAP Fiori notifications to manage your teams and responsibilities. Understand what
With SAP Cloud Platform Workflow and Business Rules, customers can extend standard processes implemented in SAP S/4HANA or cloud solutions from SAP such as SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, or SAP Concur.
