Solution Description:
Key2Precision Property Management is the definitive real estate solution for SAP Business One. The Key2Precision Anywhere App will provide tenants, property managers with business data wherever they are on any device. It will also eventually support rent payments, service requests, lease applications and much more.
Solution Use Case
Real Customer Use-case:
The Customer is a small property manager in Georgia who manages his own assets. He wants to be able to keep up with his properties on his smart phone. He especially wants to enable his customers to pay rent online. He also needs the “back end” of his business supported.
Persona Identified:
Dave – Property manager.
Responsibilities: All aspects of managing residential rental property. Finding tenants, leasing, collecting rent, service and maintenance. Also, all back end business functions: managing receivables, banking, accounting, financial reporting, etc.
Goals:
Now: To have access to key information on his phone at any time. For example, to check on the payment status of a rental unit if he happens to be in the area.
Later (soon): To be able to accept payments, lease applications, and service requests online.
Pain Points:
For now, the main point is not having a systematic way to track the status of rental payments and maintenance requests.
Not having an easy way for tenants to pay and track their payments is causing late payments and taking up too much of the property manager’s time.
Solution Details:
In this first version, Dave will be able to check or change the status (if he picks up a check) of rental payments on his phone at any time. In the next version, Dave will be able to receive payments and lease applications online.

UX Technology: SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, HTML5
Platform Technology: SAP HANA on SUSE Linux. Service Layer,XS Engine,SQL. SAP Cloud or other hosts.
Third Party: We will definitely be using Google maps or other mapping technology.
Go-to-Market Strategy
Industry focus:
Property management of residential, commercial, retail, and mixed use properties. This is a global industry that currently utilizes legacy applications with less than optimal ERP on the back end. The middle size property management companies will benefit from the combination of SAP Business One financials with a dedicated solution that handles real estate management needs. Also, a growing number of companies operate multiple lines of business including real estate and need a system that can handle all their lines of business. Some of these already have Business One and will benefit from a dedicated property management add-on.
Marketing strategy:
We will market the Key2Precision Property Management addon and the Anywhere APP directly to the Industry using the web, social media, email marketing, as well as traditional methods such as industry conferences and direct calls and meetings. We will expand our existing relationships and contacts in the industry to become a market driven solution.

The Key2Precision Anywhere App will include many more features to support various user roles on any device. For Example:

- Tenants. View Statements, Make Payments, Enter Service Requests.
