Meeting the Customers
last week I was privileged enough to have been invited as a speaker at a customer day with our key Business ByDesign partner, In Cloud Solutions. Happily I could share SAP’s commitment to ByDesign with the new 2018 and beyond roadmap. Some of the key items we discussed was the deprecation of Silverlight and more functionality around Supply Chain Management. However the day was really about customers, and how In Cloud Solutions are committed to providing great service and building long term relationships, which is the key to any cloud-based business.
To prove their commitment, In Cloud gave their guests a full day of content, from their own consulting team, discussing topics like customer support, form and template maintenance and hosting a Q&A workshop so all the attendees had a chance to address a ByDesign expert.
In Cloud Solutions also invited partners who had integrated solutions that can enhance the standard ByDesign offerings and may provide opportunities to improve the functionality the SAP already provides. For example we saw mobile scanning solution from All4Cloud.
All in all a great day, and a great example of a “born-in-the-cloud” partner embracing the cloud business model and forging long lasting customer relationships.
