Employee Central Service Center is SAP’s collaborative Employee service solution that provides a multi-channel customer service to employees.

The newly released SAP Best Practices for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center package focuses on the set up of an end-to-end HR Ticketing process. This process covers the creation, editing and confirmation of tickets using Ask HR as well as the processing of existing tickets in SAP Hybris Cloud for Service.

As part of the package we deliver a predefined end-to-end HR Ticketing process for a two-tier service center, a process flow diagram, a configuration guide, an offline recorded demo (Scope Item Simulation) and an end-to-end test script.

The following scope highlights are provided with this first version of SAP Best Practices for SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Service Center:

  • Sample ticket routing rules and service categories
  • Set up and usage of checklists & tasks to ensure that HR Service Agents can process tickets in a fast and standardized way.
  • Sample e-mail notifications
  • Set up of Mash-Up UI to access and edit employee data out of SAP Hybris Cloud for Service.
