“RMK Headers are missing from RCM career pages in Mobile apply environment”

Hello All, I am senior certified SAP HCM and SuccessFactors consultant, mostly works in all the modules of SAP SuccessFactors and HCM Suite.

Recently was implementing RMK-CSB for a UAE based company. When we imported all the changes from Stage to Production we found Customized Headers & Footers were missing in RMK CSB site.

And there came to know that if we do not have any job postings system will not show Header and Footers display rather it redirects to RCM Job site screen. Am writing this blog in the interest of saving the time during Go Live of Projects.

What we gain from this post is workaround to have display of Header and Footers in case if you do not have current job postings at your live RMK-CSB Site Or else candidates might lose the feel of RMK CSB site during their registration or sign in page.

 

Problem: Customized Headers & Footers missing in RMK CSB Site “Sign In” or “Join Talent Community” screens.

Scenario: When a candidate clicks on “Sign in” or “Join Talent community” link on RMK-CSB Home page,  system will not show customized headers and footers in “Career Opportunities: Sign in”  or “Career Opportunities: Create an Account”.

 



Cause: No open jobs available in CSB at the time of launch of “Career Opportunities: Sign in” or “Career Opportunities: Create an Account” web pages

Procedure to solve the issue:

Step 1: Publish at least one job in CSB.

Step 2: Deactivate (if activated) “Enable Mobile Application” in RCM à Manage Recruiting Sites

Step 3: Again, activate “Enable Mobile Application” option.



 

Step 4:  Check “Career Opportunities: Sign in” or “Career Opportunities: Create an Account” pages in CSB career web site.
