Solution Description:

With Online Box on HANA, connect to SAP Business One using the visual designer tool.This is a generic light-weighted customization tool of integrating the business process of SAP Business One with Workspace, which includes a task force and a customized business process. The consultant or IT admin or Key user could customize and deploy a workspace for a business process of Sales/Purchase/Production etc using graphical visual designer with zero coding, and invite a group of members via email to work, share and collaborate on this workspace. The invitee could access the workspace with given URL on their mobile, view the activity feed of the workspace, accomplish their tasks based on the designed process. This solution gives tremendous agility to customer’s business process with easy customization and deployment, and increase the productivity and collaboration of employee with user-centric and collaborative workspaces(taskforce) and great user experience with mobility powered by SAP Fiori technology.

In the video above, we just demonstrate how a manufacturer quickly react to the underperformance before Christmas eve, boom its sales by creating a sales promotion with a cash rebate incentive, and invite the retailers to a virtual workspace to work, share, collaborate on this promotion. Eventually, result with a successful Christmas as expected …
However, it is much more than a promotion sales with cash rebate scenario. You can easily adapt the individual business process based on standard SAP Business One process (Sales, Purchase, Production etc) as a workspace. And invite the members via email to work, share and collaborate on this taskforce for this specific process.

1.Through simple steps, customers can create and share new business documents and data and can communicate with B1 through HANA ServiceLayer.

2.Non-B1 users can access and exchange B1 data in real time through localized social media.

3.Extend the usability of B1 on HANA. Lightweight applications increase user engagement and improve user friendliness.

4.Customers can create new business innovations without a technical background or programming ability. They simply need to pay attention to the business logic, and they will be able to make the connection with B1.

5.Take full advantage of HANA ServiceLayer’s Big Data-based processing and interaction.

1. The system adopts.NET industrial standard distributed technology architecture, using.NET and HTML5
development technology, and makes full use of its less investment, scalable, interconnected network,
safe, stable and reliable technology functions and characteristics, so that the product has strong
technological advantages.

2. To connect with WeChat, you can use a mobile phone to log in to WeChat to operate the system

3. Financial data is directly passed through the Service Layer interface to the SAP HANA.
