If we need to get the list of all user name and respective assigned authorization roles in the system, we can get the data from table AGR_USERS by following below steps

Prerequisite

  • Need rauthorizations to run and work in SE16 (Data Browser)

Steps

Step1: Login to the system and client from which you need to get the lists

Step2: Run the transaction SE16 – Data Browser and enter table name 'AGR_USERS' and click on ‘Table Contents’ button

Step3: In selection screen, remove the 'Width of Output list' and 'Maximum No. of hits' default values to list all

Step4: Click Execute, we can see the list of all users and respective assigned authorization roles

You can sort as required, here I’m sorting ascending order for User Name column by selecting the column and by clicking ‘Sort in Ascending Order’ icon

Step5: Export the data to spreadsheet, click the icon ‘Spreadsheet’. It will pop up the window, select the required format and save to local

Result
