The new support channel option Ask an Expert Peer is now available. This new service is offered in a limited feature trial for select products*.
Ask an Expert Peer lets you collaborate on your technical, product-related questions, one-on-one, with a qualified and approved expert outside of SAP. This way, you benefit from industry insights, along with an experienced perspective about your question. The new channel is designed to deliver fast issue resolution for your basic inquiries and how-to questions.
Instructions: How to submit a question to Ask an Expert Peer
If you are licensed to one of the participating products, you have now special access from the SAP Support Portal home page:
- Click on the green button on the home page of SAP Support Portal
- Click on “Ask an Expert Peer Now”
- Provide your name, email address, user ID, and select a product
- Submit your question – and get started!
