Reporte de Medios Magnéticos: Reportar al DIAN está más fácil en SAP S/4HANA

Los reportes de medios magnéticos estan disponibles desde la versión SAP S/4HANA 1709 FPS01.
Los reportes de medios magnéticos – o Magnetic Media compliance reports – son desarrollados en el framework de Advanced Compliance Reporting (ACR): Esta es una herramienta que utiliza la tecnología Fiori y lee datos directamente de la base de datos HANA. Así, usted puede reportar los medios magnéticos de manera simple, accesible y eficiente.
Diversas compañías de diferentes países alrededor del mundo ya utilizan la herramienta de Advanced Compliance Reporting (ACR) para reportar sus operaciones al gobierno. ¡Ahora esa herramienta está disponible también para Colombia!
Los reportes de medios magnéticos soportan los siguientes formatos por defecto, pero usted aún puede crear reportes adicionales de acuerdo a sus necesidades:
- 1001 – Pagos o abonos en cuenta y retenciones practicadas
- 1003 – Retenciones en la fuente que le practicaron
- 1005 – Impuesto a las ventas por pagar (descontable)
- 1006 – Impuestos a las ventas por pagar (generado) e impuesto al consumo
- 1007 – Ingresos Recibidos
- 1008 – Saldo de cuentas por cobrar al 31 de diciembre
- 1009 – Saldo de cuentas por pagar al 31 de diciembre
Además, usted puede utilizar los reportes de medios magnéticos integrados a sistemas de nómina para simplificar el proceso de reportar informaciones de empleados en los formatos 1001 y 1009.

The Magnetic Media compliance reports are available for you from the SAP S/4HANA 1709 FPS01 release onwards.
In brief words, the Magnetic Media compliance reports are developed in the Advanced Compliance Reporting (ACR) framework, which is a tool that uses Fiori technology and reads directly from the HANA database. Therefore, you will be able to report the magnetic media through a simple, accessible and efficient tool.
Many companies in different countries around the globe already use the Advanced Compliance Reporting tool to report their operations to the government and now this successful tool is available for Colombia as well!
The Magnetic Media compliance reports cover the following report formats by default, but you can still create additional reports according to your needs:
- 1001 – Payments in accounts and tax withholding in source – Payed
- 1003 – Withholding taxes – Payable
- 1005 – Deductible taxes on sales to be paid
- 1006 – Generated taxes on sales to be paid and consumption tax
- 1007 – Revenues in the year
- 1008 – Open items of balance debtors on December 31st
- 1009 – Liability balance on December 31st
Besides, you can use the Magnetic Media compliance reports integrated to payroll systems to simplify the process of reporting employees’ data in the 1001 and 1009 report formats.

hi Rosana, hope you are fine
starting configuration for ACR Colombia and I have the understanding that those formats (1001, 1003, 1005, etc.) that you mention above are pre-defined configuration, meaning the basic configuration required for running those formats are already in place in the spro. However, when I go the corresponding spro path, there is nothing. What could be the reason? is there any business function or BC set specific for Colombia that I might be missing?

Hi Cristian Bulacio,
We deliver pre-defined configurations through the BC Set, but even applying these configurations to your system you will still need to configure data sources such as account codes, whithholding and VAT - these values vary according to your context.

Indeed, I´ve activated the following BC Set and now pre-defined configuration is in place:
Colombia DIAN BC Set (FICODIAN_BCSET)
And yes, I was aware about the configuration that still I´ll have to do in FICODIANV_GLA / FICODIANV_VAT / etc.
