SAP's Global Center of Expertise Seeking STEM Graduates for Early Talent Bootcamp

SAP’s Global Center of Expertise in North America wants to hire recent STEM graduates and young professionals working in technologies and applications to join the team as part of the CoE's Early Talent Bootcamp program.

The Early Talent Bootcamp is a full-time trainee program for recent STEM graduates who demonstrate the strongest technical expertise. It’s designed to provide graduates with opportunities to jumpstart their careers as Support Engineers by immersing them in SAP solutions and services trainings lead by CAP experts working in the field. They receive both classroom oriented education in the North American headquarters as well as hands-on experience onsite at SAP's premium customers.



The Global Center of Expertise is a division of SAP’s Digital Business Service’s Global Services Delivery unit, which delivers world-class engineering services to provide strategic support to SAP’s premium-level customers from discovery to Go-live. In the Global Center of Expertise, not only will you work with some of the most successful global brands in a variety of industries, but you will also work on the cutting-edge of digital innovation using the latest developments in cloud computing, machine learning, data analytics, blockchain, and IoT.

CoE Support Engineers provide a meticulous service to SAP’s largest customers operating on the most complex SAP landscapes. They interact with individuals at every level of our customer’s organization, from subject matter experts to executives, to meet the customer’s needs. Support Engineers are tasked with planning, architecting, analyzing, optimizing, and safeguarding our customers’ SAP solutions. They provide essential services and mission-critical support to help SAP customers realize their digital transformation agenda and ensure business continuity during solution implementations. They also oversee the smooth operation of SAP software and the optimal technical performance of all business processes. It's a demanding role that requires passionate individuals with the strongest technical expertise and excellent analytical and communication skills.
